It's Real Nappy Week (and we support it!). The organisers of this great weeks celebrations will be at The Scottish Baby Show at the SECC from 25 – 27 April to encourage parents of young tots to reduce their household waste  by switching to re-usable nappies.

Sick of morning sickness, tips to help ease

I met a friend yesterday who told me the great news that she was pregnant however her experience of early pregnancy was being severely affected by nausea not just in the morning but all day every day. It made me think back to my own experience and although those early weeks are filled with the exciting knowledge of a new baby, I can’t forget the feelings of extreme tiredness and never ending nausea. Forget the morning sickness. Morning, noon and night sickness would be closer to the mark!

My first ever blog

Hi and welcome to my first ever blog.  I love being part of The Baby Gurus and Sonya and I are having great fun running our company.  We are off to ‘Big in to Baby’ (24th & 25th   November) in Dublin so any Irish readers should come and visit us in the flesh on our stand.  We are also speaking on stage on both days on the topics of ‘relaxation during pregnancy and birth’ and ‘packing your bag for labour.’ That should be fun! We might also fit in some shopping, knowing us there is probably no “might” about it.
