Mums to be in London are now getting a new little haven of pampering and education. I was lucky enough to be invited to the grand opening of the fabulous new private members club Cupcake
This purpose built organic café, crèche, gym and spa located at
Wandsworth Park in London is the first of many to open and has been
designed especially for expectant women and new Mums. During the
evening I got the chance to try out the amazing ‘Alpha Lounger’ which
is a unique, heated, relaxation bed which plays soothing music leaving
you totally revitalised. It was so good I hoped they would forget about
me and leave me there for the night! I also tested the ‘Sleep Pod’
which is an innovative creation designed to give new Mums a much needed
nap whilst their baby is cared for in the crèche. It not only soothed
me with a star gazing roof and gentle music, but also wafted oxygen in
to my nose to give maximum benefit! I wish that had been around when I
was exhausted after being up 3 times a night breastfeeding. All in all,
Cupcake is a brilliant new concept which is already proving to be a big
hit. We are delighted to be providing Cupcakes first Babymooning
weekend (a weekend away and the best in antenatal education.....as well
as a few treats) in Gloucestershire this November, something not to be
missed.
