Sonya Sonyais an independent teaching midwife, antenatal teacher and trainer withmany years of experience within a fertility centre. As an aquanatalinstructor Sonya is able to provide dynamic and fun pool sessions. Alsoqualified in Swedish massage, Sonya is able to give instruction andguidance and demonstrate The Baby Gurus massage & breathing forlabour techniques. As a mother of three, she brings a personalunderstanding of pregnancy and parenting. Sonya regularly advises dailynewspapers and women's glossy magazines and writes for online midwiferyresources.

We are hosting the expert zone as well as speaking in the information area on emotional health and wellbeing. We are looking forward to filling the walls of the SECC with our "worries and wishes" with our partners SAMH (Scottish Association for Mental Health). |
