Sonya
is an independent teaching midwife, antenatal teacher and trainer with
many years of experience within a fertility centre. As an aquanatal
instructor Sonya is able to provide dynamic and fun pool sessions. Also
qualified in Swedish massage, Sonya is able to give instruction and
guidance and demonstrate The Baby Gurus massage & breathing for
labour techniques.
As a mother of three, she brings a personal
understanding of pregnancy and parenting. Sonya regularly advises daily
newspapers and women's glossy magazines and writes for online midwifery
resources.

What a nice time of year……here at The Baby Gurus HQ we just love Valentines day celebrations.
